    Clear catalog and ordering process, speedy delivery. Shipping costs are high, but compensated for by product cost. Courteous and knowledgeable customer assistance provided. Although not yet installed, product appears well fit for purpose. A better selection of clamps and bolts would be good, to provide one-stop shopping.

    Everything I wanted was listed very well and ordering was pretty standard. Only thing shocking was the shipping charges. I had to chose 2day air because it doesn't say anywhere how long standard shipping takes. Thank you for a otherwise shopping site. I will recommend this site to other shops in my area and when I visit shops back East in Buffalo NY.
