Generally easy ...
Generally easy and fairly priced. However when I tried to place my order, after selecting the shipping option once it told me to do so again after clicking submit.. So, I selected ground again and submitted it only for it to tell me that the shipping fees changed based upon my zip code (or something similar) and I therefore needed to re-verify the options even though after looking it was the same thing. Other than that, no complaints.
