How do I return an item?

To return an item, simply send it back to our Kansas City warehouse. If you have questions about shipping your item, please feel free to ask.


What Is General Spring's Return Policy?

At General Spring, we often receive questions about our return policy . Although we always hope our leaf springs meet your requirements for quality and performance, returns are occasionally necessary. If you need to return a product for any reason, our team members will do whatever they can to help.

General Spring allows customers to return all products except U Bolts. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase and pay a 10% restocking fee. You will also need to cover any shipping costs necessary to get the product back to the warehouse.

Once we receive the product you are returning, we will issue your refund within five business days. Refunds can take up to five more days to show up on your credit card — and the length of time required depends on your bank's process. If you haven't received the credit after this time, please reach out to us so we can check on your return. Refunds through PayPal are immediate.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for U Bolts because they are custom-bent for each specific application.
